Korai:
As an Italian with roots in Umbria, jewellery craftsmanship is a vital part of my culture. I’ve long wanted to collaborate with designers on a shoot that celebrates jewellery. This project is inspired by the natural shapes of the body, enhanced by jewellery and flowing clothing. The ttitle draws on the korai, or kore (κόρη - "girl"), which are statues of young women from ancient Greece, symbolising beauty and cultural heritage.
